I was wondering if you think the demarini insane drop 9 for fastpitcg would be a good at choice for me. I’m a junior in highschool and would be considered a power hitter but I also bunt often. I swing a drop 10 right now and I’m always ahead of the pitch so I wanted to try something more powerful.

Have you tried the -10 Insane? It's end-loaded, so it will feel heavier than the -10 balanced. If you have tried it and it's too light, go with the -9.
Can you tell me which bats are illegal or legal for a high school team?

All Demarini CF Zen and CF Insane bats should be legal for your high school play. As well as all Louisville Slugger LXT, Xeno and PXT. The ASA Easton Ghost (Grey and Blue) is also legal. It is always a good idea to refer to your high school leagues specific bat rule and/or banned bats list to be sure, as some leagues have specific bat regulations.
